A friend of ours made us a 4 week workout plan. It is insane! Designed to increase bench/deadlift/squat maxes its going to be seriously intense.

Today for instance 16 sets of bench. I’ll be that loser failing with just the bar :P The things I do for muscles.

Things to NOT DO to your lifting buddy

1. Put 5 extra pounds on one side of the bar.

    Me: I’m so excited to max on Bench!

    Liz: Get it girl

    !!WHY IS ONLY ONE SIDE MOVING!!…. *Glare at Liz*

2. Lift up on one side of the bar when you think your partner is going to fail

    I don’t really remember how much we were squatting, but either way I was trying to push through and was about half way up when Liz decided “LET ME HELP YOU!” And proceeds to lift up on the right side of the bar. Needless to say, I did not complete that lift.
